I am so thrilled to be partnering with the Hopeful Mama Foundation on this tee.

The Hopeful Mama Foundation was founded to provide financial and educational support to women facing infertility in the U.S. The sales of this tee will be helping Hopeful Mama provide financial support through donor grants. $15 of every tee will be donated back to the Hopeful Mama Foundation. 

DESIGN: Hold On To Hope 
The artwork on this tee symbolizes the seasons those battling infertility experience. Like a flower loses its leaves in the winter, we can often feel lost, discouraged and heartbroken while in the trenches of infertility. But that same flower does begin to bloom again in the spring. Hold on to hope that you will bloom again one day.
